Welcome to the Warrenton Lakes Property Owners Association, Inc’s (WLPOA) home page. We are the original of the two Home Owners Associations (HOAs) in the Warrenton Lakes Subdivision in Fauquier County Virginia. WLPOA consists of 79 of the 568 lots in the two HOAs. Both Associations are comprised of single-family homes located about 3 miles from historic Warrenton, Virginia and 45 miles from Washington, DC.
WLPOA’s 79 lots are located on Lee Highway Access Road, Mosby Drive, along the left side of Nordix Drive to Hunton Street, along the right side of Nordix Drive to Princess Anne Ct, and along Hunton Street to Marr Drive. Those streets are highlighted in blue. Not all homes on Nordix Drive and Hunton Street are in this WLPOA. Two WLPOA lots are located on Princess Anne Court, and two lots are located on Tazewell Street. The Church of Christ owns eight WLPOA lots including the one on which the church is located.

We have had continuing issues with individuals and groups that are not property owners in our association who continue to fish the lake from shore or boat after being informed they are not allowed. Some of these individuals become belligerent, use foul language and have made physical threats. This behavior will not be tolerated in WLPOA and these individuals have been cited with a Notice of Trespass. Unfortunately the acts of a few immature individuals have forced us to restrict fishing on our lake to only WLPOA residents and their supervised guests.
